The newest addition to the Maeda family: the MC815
Powerhouse
The MC815, the largest 'mini crane' in our range.
At Bauma 2016, the world's largest machinery exhibition in the world, the newest member of the Maeda family was presented: the MC815!
This new crane doubles the capacity of the largest mini crane in our range, 8 tons lifting capacity! This powerhouse, despite this tremendous capacity, is still less than 6 meters long and only 1.67 m wide. Setting up the stabilizers of the machine is very easy thanks to the automatic stabilization system. Driving the load also belongs to the possibilities, this crane transports to 1 ton without having to use its stabilizers.
High flyer
The unit features a full range remote control with joysticks, that controls both driving and hoisting.
The crane has a standard telescopic boom, 19.6 m, but can optionally be outfitted with a hydraulic of mechanical jib to reach 25.5 m! A searcher hook of 1 tonne will also be available.
Informative
Information about the stabilizers, lifting capacity and current load is displayed in a large touchscreen display. Manuals, maintenance and the like are also shown on this display. Even the Go-Home function wil be appreciated by the crane operators.
FInally
This machine perfectly closes the gap between the mini cranes and the larger mobile cranes. The Maeda MC815 which was shown at Bauma 2016 was a prototype. Production moedels are expected early 2017.
